Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

Loopware is a brand of Palm & Pine Living Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16983434, registered office Flat 3, 26 Craven Street, London WC2N 5NT, United Kingdom. Contact us at [email protected].

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place with us at loopware.earth. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you agree to them. We may change these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

3. How your order is made

You place your order by completing checkout and paying. Payment is taken by our payment provider on a secure hosted page. Your contract with us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — for example the item is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, or we spot a pricing error — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery costs, if any, are shown separately before you pay. The total you see before payment is the total you pay.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery window shown on the product page and in your basket when you place your order. That window is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Whatever estimate is shown, we undertake to deliver your order within 30 days of the day your contract with us is formed, unless we agree a longer period with you.

If we miss that 30-day period, you may end the contract and get a full refund. You have further rights under section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015: if you told us before ordering that delivery by a particular date was essential and we miss it, or if you later give us a reasonable final deadline and we miss that too, you may treat the contract as at an end and we will refund you in full.

If nobody is available to take delivery, the carrier will leave a card explaining how to rearrange or collect.

6. Risk and ownership

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered into your physical possession (or that of someone you have named to receive it). You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

7. Cancelling, returning and refunds

This section is deliberately self-contained: it carries the full statutory cancellation information on its own, so /terms discharges the duty without depending on /returns being live. Do not thin it out when /returns publishes — duplication here is intentional.

Your right to cancel. You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.

How to cancel. Tell us clearly before the 14 days are up — email [email protected], or use the cancellation form below. You do not have to use the form; any clear statement that you are cancelling will do.

Sending the goods back. Once you have told us, send the goods back within 14 days. Return postage is free — contact us and we will arrange it.

Your refund. We refund within 14 days of getting the goods back, or of you showing us you have sent them, whichever is sooner. We refund to the payment method you used, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard cost. You may handle and inspect an item as you would in a shop; if you go beyond that and its value drops as a result, we may reduce your refund to reflect that, and we will always tell you if we intend to and why.

Our 30-day policy, on top of that. Separately from the legal right above, we give you 30 days from receiving your order to return an item you have simply changed your mind about, free. This is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. The item should be unused and in a condition we can resell, with its packaging.

Cancellation form. You do not have to use this — copy it into an email to [email protected]:

To Palm & Pine Living Limited, Flat 3, 26 Craven Street, London WC2N 5NT, [email protected]:
I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods:
Ordered on / received on:
Name of consumer:
Address of consumer:
Date:

8. If something is wrong with your order

You have legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. In summary, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can normally reject faulty goods and get a full refund within 30 days of receiving them, and after that ask for a repair or replacement. We pay return postage on anything faulty, damaged or not as described — email [email protected] with your order number and a photo and we will arrange it.

9. Lifetime Guarantee

Our products carry a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects. It is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit or replace them. See our Lifetime Guarantee page for what it covers.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Your personal information

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can. You can get free, independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service. If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
